Our New "Star"
| We got Star in February of 2003. She was loved by a
teacher friend and her family for about 7 years before we got her.
Star is a mellow and fun dog. She loves kids, balls, water, and to
sleep! We love to play with her and take her on walks, especially to
the creek in Clayton.
She is Wonderful! |

 Grant and Scott attempted to teach Star to "load up" into the back of the truck just like Zodie (their other favorite dog) does. They used a stick with a big hunk of bread (bread is her very favorite!) When that didn't work, they made a ramp for her to climb. Finally, after lifting her in once or twice, she figured it out! |

 Next trick...how to drink out of the waterfall just like Duke (Deborah's dog growing up). Star decided it made a really good bath at first. |

 Star is currently in the process of trying to unear1th all of the gopher holes in our yard. There is definitely lots for her to explore...hours and hours of fun for a diggin' dog. |
